How we handle your personal data

Data controller. Alfa Tömning Göteborg, operated by Alfa Flytt & Städ AB, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide when you request a quote, book a service or contact us.

What data and why. We process your name, address, phone number, email and the description you provide about the job. The data is used to give you a quote, carry out the service and communicate with you. The legal basis is performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

Storage and sharing. The data is stored securely in our database (Supabase) and kept only as long as needed to handle the job and meet accounting and legal requirements. We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties beyond what is required to deliver the service.

Your rights. You have the right to request access to, rectification of or erasure of your data, and to object to the processing. Contact us at info@tomninggoteborg.se and we will help you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies, analytics and data processors

Cookies and web analytics. Our website uses cookies so the site works and to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymised statistics about traffic and behaviour. You can refuse or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Data processors. To deliver the service we use trusted providers that process data on our behalf, including Supabase (secure data storage) and Google (web analytics). They may only process the data according to our instructions.

Transfers to third countries. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. In such cases we ensure the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
