House clearance pricing in Gothenburg

Fixed prices with no hidden fees. Exact cost depends on volume and job type.

How pricing works

What affects the price of a clearance?

We always give a fixed price after a free home visit or a photo-based assessment – you know exactly what you pay before work begins. The price is mainly driven by four factors:

1

Volume

The amount of belongings, measured in cubic metres or number of transports, is the biggest factor.

2

Access

Floors without a lift, narrow stairwells and distance to the truck affect working time.

3

Sorting & recycling

Reusable items are donated – hazardous waste and mixed refuse carry tip fees.

4

Cleaning

Clearance only, or also rough or move-out cleaning before sale and handover.

RUT deduction

When does the RUT deduction apply?

The Swedish RUT deduction may cover the labour cost of certain household services, such as removal and cleaning connected to a household. It normally does not cover tip fees or pure business and BRF assignments. We always state clearly in the quote which part is RUT-eligible. Good to know

What affects the final price?

Three things decide where in the price range your job lands. Volume is the biggest factor – measured in cubic metres rather than square metres of the home, since a sparsely furnished house can cost less than a full one-bedroom flat. Access comes next: which floor, whether there is a lift, how far it is to carry things to the vehicle, and whether a loading bay must be booked. Scope is the third: whether the garage, attic, basement and garden are included, and whether move-out cleaning finishes the job.

Hazardous waste and white goods also affect the price, since paint, oil, batteries, tyres, fridges and freezers must go to dedicated facilities. All of this is included in the fixed price you receive, so there are no surprises afterwards.
